Matcha Crepe Cake

Matcha Crepe Cake

Servings 4

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup oat milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp matcha sieved
  • 2 tbsp oil neutral

Filling

  • 3 cups strawberries fresh
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar

Instructions
 

  • Mix everything but the cream cheese and icing sugar in a large bowl and gently whisk to make a smooth batter.
  • Heat a nonstick crepe pan and gently ladle the batter and swirl around to cover all the edges.
  • Let the crepe cook for two minutes and set aside.
  • Repeat this process with the rest of the batter making sure the crepes are uniform in size and thickness.

Filling

  • Mix the cream cheese and sugar to get the filling ready

Assembly

  • Spread the cream cheese mix evenly on the crepe, followed by the strawberry slices
  • Repeat the process with the remaining crepes, dust with matcha and enjoy!
