Anything that starts with Tandoori already excited our desi palettes! I mean, what’s not to love about vegetables and tofu marinated in spices and roasted to perfection ? Try this recipe out and we’re sure it will blow your mind the same whether you’re a seasoned Indian food lover or new to the world of desi food!
Tandoori Tofu Skewers
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup hung yogurt
- 1 tbsp tandoori masala
- 1 tbsp mustard oil
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp chopped ginger
- 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 cup chopped zucchini
- 150 gm cubed pressed tofu
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1 cup chopped onions
Instructions
- Drain your yogurt through a cheese or muslin cloth until most of the liquid is out and it’s thick and creamy
- Add all the ingredients, mix thoroughly and refrigerate for 2-6 hours
- Assemble the tofu and vegetables as Desired and air fry at 380F for 12-15 minutes
- Serve with yogurt, green chutney, tamarind chutney and enjoy!
