Tandoori Tofu Skewers

Anything that starts with Tandoori already excited our desi palettes! I mean, what’s not to love about vegetables and tofu marinated in spices and roasted to perfection ? Try this recipe out and we’re sure it will blow your mind the same whether you’re a seasoned Indian food lover or new to the world of desi food!

Tandoori Tofu Skewers

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup hung yogurt
  • 1 tbsp tandoori masala
  • 1 tbsp mustard oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp kasuri methi
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped ginger
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 cup chopped zucchini
  • 150 gm cubed pressed tofu
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1 cup chopped onions

Instructions
 

  • Drain your yogurt through a cheese or muslin cloth until most of the liquid is out and it’s thick and creamy
  • Add all the ingredients, mix thoroughly and refrigerate for 2-6 hours
  • Assemble the tofu and vegetables as Desired and air fry at 380F for 12-15 minutes
  • Serve with yogurt, green chutney, tamarind chutney and enjoy!
