I don’t know about you, but for me Kitkat was an absolute favorite. I loved the crunch of the wafers with the melt-in-the-mouth chocolate coating. After going vegan, this is one of the things I have been missing terribly. Well to be honest, I waited for Nestle to come up with a vegan version for so long. They did come up with it, but it’s only available in the UK for now.
Since I can’t justify traveling to UK to buy a chocolate, I decided to make my own knock-off vegan kitkat. I’m genuinely shocked at how amazingly close this recipe is interms of taste and texture.
I can’t wait for you to try this hack and see what you think.
