There are days when you want to make a 5 course meal and some days when you think digging through an icecream tub is a good dinner option. If you’re having second thoughts about that icecream and whip something up in 10 mins, you found the right recipe. This is very much a dump and go recipe and is pantry friendly. Give it a try!
Crispy Tofu Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped broccoli
sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
tofu
- 120 gm tofu
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients for the tofu to a container with the tofu and shake well
- Air for the tofu at 380 for 8 mins
- Add the chopped vegetables to a pan starting with the ginger and stir fry for 4-5 mins on med flame
- Add the sauce and let it simmer for another minute
- Add in your airfried tofu
- Top with a fresh squeeze of lime and sesame seeds
