2 Minute Vegan Single Serve Microwave Rasmalai

Ingredients
  

Ras

  • 2 Cardamom Pods
  • 2 Saffron Strands
  • Dash of Rosewater
  • 2 tbsp Agave Syrup
  • 1/4 Cup Creamy Plant Milk

Chena

  • 1/8 of 14oz Soft Tofu
  • 1 tbsp Sugar

Instructions
 

Ras

  • Combine all ingredients for ras in a microwave safe bowl. Whisk until they're all wellcombined.
    2 Cardamom Pods, 2 Saffron Strands, Dash of Rosewater, 2 tbsp Agave Syrup, 1/4 Cup Creamy Plant Milk
  • Microwave for 30 seconds.

Chena

  • Cut out 1/8 part from a 14oz block of tofu. Transfer it to a cheese cloth and squeeze the water out well. We need a dry chena that can hold it's shape.
    1/8 of 14oz Soft Tofu, 1 tbsp Sugar
  • Add sugar to the squeezed out tofu. Mix well and divide into two balls
  • Shape the balls into two discs.

Assembly

  • Transfer the chena into the ras. Microwave everything for another 30 seconds.
  • Rasmalai tastes best when it's chilled. So, if you want to eat it immediately, put the bowl in freezer for about 5-10 mins. Or leave the bowl refrifgerated for around 1 hour.
