Mash the boiled potato and mix it with salt, chili powder and Chaat masala.
On a slice of bread, generously spread Mint and Cilantro chutney, layer it with potatoes, onions, tomato, spinach or kale. Spread about date and tamarind chutney on the greens.
Layer it with Sev.
Using a panini press or on stove top, grill the sandwich on both sides so that the filling is compressed well. I like it when the bread thins out and turns crispy.
