In a microwave safe bowl, add 1/4 cup tapioca starch and 1/2 cup of the reserved liquid.
Microwave for 50-60seconds on low heat, stirring at 10 sec intervals
Dust the dough with generous amounts of tapioca starch and shape into pearls
Boil them for 6-8 mins on medium flame and keep aside.
In a pan on low heat, add your condensed milk.
Stir occasionally until it starts to caramel and turn slightly golden
Add your boba mix well and take it off the heat
Assemble your drink with the boba, plant milk of your choice and the tea.
