Instructions
Heat 1 tbsp of oil and stir fry your meat alternative of choice on medium flame for 7-10 minutes
Once cooked, season with taco seasoning and salt and set aside
Mix all the ingredients for the sour cream sauce and set side
Similarly, mash an avocado and make guacamole with above listed ingredients
Assembly
add your chips to a platter
Top with your meat alternative, beans , chopped onion, tomato, jalapeños and mango
Top with guacamole, sour cream sauce, cheese shreds and enjoy!
