Instructions
For Koftas
Combine all ingredients for kofta and form a nice dough.
Shape them into balls, either deep fry them or bake them at 350F for 40 minutes, flip them halfway.
Keep them aside and make the gravy.
Gravy
Heat a saucepan, add oil. Roast the whole spices until fragrant.
Add in onion puree, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and cook until the raw smell is gone.
Add the tomato puree and cook for another 10 minutes until the tomato is fully cooked.
Add the rest of the ingredients, add water if needed and let the sauce/gravy simmer for 30 minutes on very low flame.
Keep stirring every couple minutes and add water as needed.
Add in the baked/fried koftas, garnish with cashew cream and coriander.
Serving
Serve with warm naan or rice.
